Easy Rent is a platform that connects landlords with potential tenants. We provide tools for listing properties and messaging.We do not own, manage, or inspect the properties listed. We are not a party to any rental transaction.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Post false, inaccurate, or misleading content.
Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Use the site for any fraudulent purpose (e.g., requesting wire transfers before viewing).

4. Limitation of Liability

Easy Rent shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Users are advised to exercise caution and common sense when interacting with others.

Safety Warning: Never transfer money (deposit or rent) to a landlord without seeing the property in person and signing a lease.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
